Retro Motel

Retro Motel is a unique guest house situated close to the Dinokeng area in Pretoria. It provides accommodation in beautiful rooms decorated in unique 50's style decor. Each room has a distinct decor capturing the essence and style of the 50's era. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes with bar-fridges and coffee-and-tea facilities. The rooms are serviced daily.

The rooms are not equipped with TV's or Aircon's (except Harley Shack, which does have an aircon), but all have fans as well as heaters in winter. Guests can relax in a peaceful environment with a large garden ideal for romantic picnics. Breakfast is available on request at an additional fee. Additional meals are available on prior request and booking only (no meals served on Sunday mornings). Retro Cafe is a venue for functions only, not a restaurant.

Retro Motel caters for weddings for up to 60 people seated on the patio, and more in the garden. Massages are available on request, either in the guest's room or in the garden. The motel is situated in a serene bushveld environment with a beautiful garden and ample birdlife, ideal for intimate time with a loved one. Picnic baskets are available on request.

One of the rooms is a spacious, authentically themed 50's style double room, with an Elvis/Hawaiian theme. It features a bathroom with shower, bath, basin en-suite as well as a kitchenette with bar fridge and coffee facilities. The room has a radio with USB/MP3 portals, is serviced daily, and is non-smoking with a fan.
