Ridge Road 18

Ridge Road 18 is a furnished holiday home oriented towards families. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed and have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share a bathroom. The fourth bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin.

The property also features a cottage that can be rented at an additional cost if guests exceed 8 people. The cottage can accommodate 2 guests and includes a bedroom with a double bed, an open lounge, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet, basin, and a shower over the bath. The additional charge for the cottage is R550 per night out of season, R900 per night for March, June, and October school holidays, as well as Easter and December, and this amount must be paid to the host with the refundable breakage deposit.

The kitchen in the main house is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a flat-screen TV, but guests must bring their own decoder to access TV channels. The lounge opens to a lovely wooden deck from where one can admire the beautiful sea view. The kitchen in the cottage is also well-equipped and comprises a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, and a microwave.

Downstairs, there is an entertainment room with seating for relaxation. The property also has a swimming pool, a large garden, and a fire pit for the family to gather around. For convenience, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off sea sand before entering the house. Additionally, there is a water tank outside as a backup system.
