The full sea view flatlet, located on the second floor, sleeps five people and features two verandas and two lounges. It includes a modern kitchen, main bedroom with king-size bed, and a glass-enclosed veranda containing a double bunk with a queen-size bed below and single bed above. The unit offers a private hot tub, braai area, and entertainment facilities including a smart TV.

The private room unit, situated at the property's rear, features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. While it doesn't offer direct sea views, it includes a separate fully equipped outdoor kitchen and private braai area with comfortable lounge seating.

All units are equipped with backup power systems, wi-fi, and water storage facilities. The property provides excellent opportunities for bird watching, whale and dolphin spotting, and is located near one of South Africa's Blue Flag beaches. The area offers various activities including surfing, fishing, and golf, with six courses stretching along the South Coast to the Wild Coast. Most South Coast attractions are within 45 kilometers of the accommodation.
