Ripple Hill Hotel

The Ripple Hill Hotel is situated on the edge of the magnificent Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve, in the heart of the citrus farming community of Patensie. The hotel, constructed in 1946, exudes an old-school charm and character, with raised ceilings and wooden floors throughout the building.

Guests can relax on the patio and take in the scenery of the passing tractor traffic while enjoying the town's best steak or a sundowner drink. The hotel offers newly renovated rooms, a great restaurant with an extensive a la carte menu, and a cozy pub featuring a big-screen TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace. Additionally, the hotel caters to small functions.

It is important to note that the hotel's Restaurant and Bar are closed on Sundays, therefore, breakfast or any other meals cannot be offered on that day. However, the hotel can provide recommendations for nearby eateries that serve breakfast and lunch on Sundays from 8 am to 5 pm. The hotel's braai/BBQ area can be pre-arranged if required.

The hotel rooms feature either a king bed or two single beds (guests are advised to specify their bed preference). The rooms are equipped with linens, towels, soap and shampoo dispensers, air conditioning, and a complimentary tea/coffee tray. Additionally, hairdryers, adapters, and mosquito repellent are provided.
