River Bend Cottages

River Bend Cottages offers four self-catering, modern cottages situated in a historic building in the town of Graaff-Reinet. The cottages combine old-world charm with modern-day comfort and provide secure, off-street parking. Located in a peaceful, leafy area, the cottages are just a three-minute drive away from restaurants and shops.

These charming cottages offer easy self-check-in using secure lockboxes, and each cottage has private indoor and outdoor spaces. Cottage 2 and Cottage 3 accommodate one to four guests each, featuring an open-plan lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned, en-suite bedroom. Private braai patios are available for outdoor barbeque or braai. Direct access from the parking bays into the cottages is provided. Cottage 2 has twin beds that can be converted into a king-sized bed upon request, while Cottage 3 has a king-sized bed. The sleeper couches in the lounges fold down into two single mattresses.

Cottage 4 accommodates one to five guests and includes an open-plan lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, a diningroom table, and an air-conditioned, en-suite bedroom with a king-sized bed. There are two sleeper couches in the lounge, one folding down into two single mattresses and the other suitable for a child or small adult. A private braai patio and secure, off-street parking with direct access into the cottage are provided.

Cottage 1 accommodates one to three guests and features a stylish lounge with a one-person sleeper couch, a kitchenette, an en-suite air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds, and a cool, covered front verandah. This cottage has on-street parking as well as a secure off-street parking bay within the premises, approximately a one-minute walk away around the street corner.

The secure, off-street parking area has one parking bay per cottage, and each bay can accommodate one unhitched "Venter" size trailer. However, it is important to note that there is no room for large or high trailers, campervans, or boats.
