River Goose Camp Site

River Goose Camp Site is located on the banks of the Breede River, situated on the farm Eureka. It offers an ideal setting for those seeking relaxation and an opportunity to immerse themselves in nature while exploring the towns along the Breede River. The camp site features 18 campsites, all of which are situated on grassy areas.

Most of the campsites provide shade and are wheelchair accessible. All sites share an ablution block equipped with flush toilets, showers, and hot water. Wood and braai facilities are available for campers to utilize. It is important to note that there are no electrical hookups at the campsite.

Situated along the riverbanks, campers can indulge in various activities such as fishing, swimming, canoeing, and birdwatching. For those seeking additional adventures, the nearby Marloth Nature Reserve near the town of Swellendam offers hiking opportunities, while Soekershof in Robertson features 10 hectares of plant mazes. The Robertson Golf Course provides an 18-hole course surrounded by picturesque mountains.

It is essential to note that River Goose Camp Site does not offer kitchen or bathroom facilities within the campsites themselves. However, campers have access to the shared ablution block located on the campsite premises.
