Rockwood Lodges provides luxury self-catering accommodation in the indigenous forest of the private Karkloof Nature Reserve and tranquil Midlands farmland. It consists of four separate lodges: Rockwood Forest Lodge and Rockwood Mountain Cabin, which are located within the reserve itself and require high clearance vehicles for access, and Rockwood Farmhouse and Rockwood Farm Cottage, which are situated more centrally upon Spitzkop Farm, adjacent to the Reserve.

All of the accommodations are serviced daily, and guests will find a starter pack of basic condiments, linen, towels, and amenities upon arrival. The area offers a variety of activities, including mountain biking, fishing, hiking, and the Karkloof Canopy Tours. There are nature-based activities suitable for both young and old.

Rockwood Lodges sleep four guests in two rooms. One room has a king-size bed with an outdoor shower and bath, while the other room has twin beds with a shower and bath. It is worth noting that there is an unfenced dam on the property.
