Romans Villa Boutique Guest House is an ultra-luxury beachfront property situated within the gated Romansbaai Beach & Fynbos Estate in Gansbaai, Western Cape, South Africa, on the Cape Whale Coast. The Guest House consists of five double bedroom suites, each featuring luxury bedding and linen, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and a private veranda with ocean views, positioned for ultimate privacy. The rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and include breakfast and complimentary sundowners from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The living and dining area, equipped with an Italian fireplace and flat-screen satellite television, opens up onto a hardwood timber decking leading directly to the swimming pool. The Guest House facilitates feet-in-the-sand styled weddings on its private beach. While Romans Villa can accommodate 12 guests, there are other privately owned properties within the estate that allow for additional guests to be accommodated.

Romans Villa Spa is a fully-fledged massage and beauty salon with two fully qualified therapists. Tour guides can be arranged for educational beach hikes. The Guest House offers exquisite sunsets, serenity, exclusivity, and peace, making it an ideal romantic getaway. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and privacy is entirely respected. A small nine-hole golf course is situated close to Romans Villa.

Surrounded by beauty, wine estate tours and wine tastings can be easily booked. On-board whale watching and shark cage diving are located a short distance from Romans Villa, and hiking and beach walks are highly recommended. Unfortunately, children under the age of 16 are not permitted at Romans Villa.

Romans Villa offers a spectacular sea view where whales can be seen from the comfort of any room, the restaurant, and the deck area. The Guest House has its own private beach, not accessible by the general public, ensuring exclusivity. There is a private room just outside the Guest House with its own private garden and amazing sea views.
