Rooikat Cottage

Rooikat Cottages are situated approximately in the center of Clarens, within a distance of around 300 meters from the town square. The cottages are conveniently located within walking distance from shops, galleries, and restaurants, yet situated in a very private, peaceful, and quiet area. Pets are not allowed at the premises.

The Rooikat MAIN Cottage is a fully equipped self-catering cottage that can accommodate up to four guests - two adults and two children or teenagers. The bedroom has a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds, and a single sleeper for smaller children. Electric blankets and a wall heater are provided. A hairdryer is also available. The cottage has one bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, and a heater.

The lounge area features two single sleeper couches, ideal for two children or teenagers, but not for couples. The lounge is open-planned and connected to the kitchen and dining area, which includes a fireplace. Full DSTV, a DVD player, a collection of DVDs, and free Wi-Fi are available for guests.

The Rooikat MAIN Cottage offers a private portion of the garden, an undercover braai area on the patio, and safe parking in a carport.

The Rooikat SMALL Cottage is a fully equipped self-catering cottage that can accommodate only two guests. It is suitable for a one- or two-night stay. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with an electric blanket during winter and a wall heater. A hairdryer is provided.

The Rooikat SMALL Cottage has a large bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, and a wall heater. The kitchenette includes a two-plate hob, microwave, bar fridge, and sink. The unit also offers full DSTV, a DVD player, a collection of DVDs, and free Wi-Fi. Braai facilities and safe parking are available.

The Rooikat SMALL Cottage does not allow children under the age of 12 years. Both units are non-smoking and serviced on a daily basis. Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are provided only for the first day.
