Rooikat Cottage offers premium self-catering accommodation in Clarens, Free State, South Africa. The property consists of two distinct units - the Main Cottage and Small Cottage - located in a peaceful cul-de-sac beside a stream at the foot of a sandstone mountain. Despite its tranquil setting, the property is conveniently positioned approximately 300-400 meters from the town square, within walking distance of shops, galleries, and restaurants.

The Main Cottage accommodates up to four guests, featuring a bedroom with a convertible king-size bed and a single sleeper, plus two single sleeper couches in the lounge area. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan living area with a fireplace. Additional amenities include electric blankets, wall heaters, full DSTV, DVD player with movie collection, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Small Cottage is designed for two guests, ideal for shorter stays, and features a queen-size bed, large bathroom, and kitchenette equipped with essential appliances. This unit maintains the same entertainment amenities as the Main Cottage but does not accommodate children under 12 years.

Both units offer solar power backup, private braai (barbecue) facilities, and secure parking. They are serviced daily, with initial tea and coffee provisions supplied.
