Rooilande Guest Farm

Rooilande Guest Farm is a self-catering establishment located in Laingsburg, a picturesque town situated at the confluence of two rivers in the heart of an arid region, approximately 280 kilometers from Cape Town. It is accessible via the scenic N1 highway that traverses the majestic Great Karoo. The farm offers a range of accommodations, including three idyllic cabins that can accommodate four sleepers each, and a magnificent guest house with the capacity to host up to eight guests.

Laingsburg is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a variety of adventure activities. Visitors can embark on exhilarating hiking expeditions along the renowned Klipkraal route, a 24-kilometer trail that winds along the crest of the Swartberg mountain range, or explore the captivating Verlorenhoek trail, spanning 16 kilometers of untouched natural beauty. Bird enthusiasts can participate in a specially curated hike at Kraankop farm, designed to showcase the region's stunning avian species. Rooilande Guest Farm offers private self-catering accommodations, including a guest house with four en-suite bedrooms that can sleep up to eight people. The guest house is fully equipped with a kitchen, indoor and outdoor braai facilities, a TV, and a pool table. It features a covered balcony overlooking the wild camp, providing scenic views of the landscape. Bed linen, towels, crockery, and cutlery are included in the accommodations.
