Roscommon Cottage

Roscommon Cottage is an establishment situated in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg, specifically in the suburb of Parkview. Parkview is one of the older suburbs in the area, known for its graceful homes and beautiful tree-lined streets. It forms part of the greater Rosebank area and is conveniently located within easy reach of the M1 motorway.

The cottage comprises a self-catering unit that includes a separate lounge/dining room with a sleeper couch, a large bedroom featuring a king-size bed and two pull-out beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Leading from the lounge area is a sunny garden patio with outdoor seating.

Additionally, there is a Small Suite available, which is also north-facing. The suite consists of an entrance area that combines a kitchenette, living room, and bedroom, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate up to two guests in a queen-sized bed and features a patio with a dining area leading out onto the garden.

Breakfast can be provided in the cottage or suite at an additional cost, allowing guests to prepare it at their own convenience. Parkview village is a short 3-minute walk away, offering a wide selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores.

The facility is pet-friendly, subject to prior arrangement. Units are serviced daily, and a laundry service is available six days a week, with rates provided upon booking.
