Rothesay is a delightfully rejuvenated self-catering garden apartment situated in a peaceful and convenient location. It is equipped with solar power and provides above-average accommodation. Access to the tranquil accommodation is through a short flight of steps and a private entrance via two aluminum sliding doors that lead to the kitchen and bedroom.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave, and a four-seater dining area that flows onto a wooden patio deck overlooking the garden and affording glimpses of the beautiful Knysna estuary. The patio deck provides a tranquil spot to enjoy an evening braai and sundowner. The tastefully appointed bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there is a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and an extractor fan. Additionally, a large lounge area includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DSTV channels, Netflix, and Showmax, as well as free uncapped Wi-Fi.

Rothesay offers covered parking for vehicles and trailers, and boat parking can also be accommodated on the premises. It is ideally located in the sun-kissed suburb of Rexford on the north-western slope overlooking the Knysna estuary, providing a convenient base to explore the renowned Heads, Leisure Island, the town center, trendy coffee spots, shopping, leisure activities (beaching, golf courses, fishing, boating, cycling, hiking), and other nearby attractions.

The hosts, Elaine and Barry, have been part of the Knysna experience for many years and have built a sound reputation for being friendly, helpful, and available to assist with requests. They reside on the property and aim to ensure guests enjoy a leisurely break while respecting their privacy.
