Rotterdam Estates dates back to 1794 and is known for its rich history and heritage. It was once the home of the late Grand Prix racer Mr. Ian Fraser Jones, and it is still owned by the Jones family today. The farm shares its rich heritage by offering accommodation in two of its historical buildings, namely De Wagenhuis and Fraser Jones.

Rotterdam Estates provides a destination for various occasions, such as weddings, honeymoons, bachelorette parties, family holidays, business retreats, or simply a relaxing getaway. However, it is important to note that the on-site restaurant is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and no meals are available.

The property features a Chapel that can accommodate up to 60 guests and is known for its breathtaking design. The charming Chapel was built in 2009 by Mr. and Mrs. Fraser Jones, who handcrafted the stained-glass windows, each telling a personal story rich with symbolism and color.

Nearby attractions include the Kwetu Game Farm, where visitors can organize a sunset picnic to view the game. The town of Swellendam, located 10 kilometers away, offers an 18-hole golf course overlooking the beautiful Langeberg Mountains and Hermitage valley. The area around Buffeljagsrivier is considered family-friendly for visits to the farm.

De Wagenhuis, one of the historical buildings on the property, features seven luxury rooms, with three rooms featuring private, sun-drenched balconies overlooking the pastures on the top floor.
