Rusthof Country House

Rusthof Country House is an exclusive guest house located in the heart of the historic French Huguenot valley of Franschhoek, renowned as the food and wine capital of South Africa. It is surrounded by large oak trees, magnificent mountains, and a sea of vineyards. This guest house accommodates a maximum of only 10 guests, ensuring a warm, friendly, and personal service in unequalled surroundings of elegance.

Each of the spacious bedrooms at Rusthof Country House has its own unique character, featuring pure cotton bed linen, coffee and tea facilities, and sumptuous interior decor. All bedrooms are en-suite with both a bath and a shower, and are fully air-conditioned. The chef at the guest house prepares delicious country cuisine for breakfast, which is served in the delightfully decorated French provincial dining room kitchen. Guests can enjoy a cold buffet of fruit juices, fresh muesli and marinated fruits, yoghurt, cheese, bread, and preserves, followed by a choice of hot country fare.

The en-suite rooms at Rusthof Country House are equipped with a bath, a separate shower, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, and a patio leading onto the garden.
