Located approximately 120km from Cape Town International Airport, the retreat sits conveniently between Greyton and Villiersdorp, accessible via a 90-minute drive along the N2 through Grabouw and Botrivier. Limited cellular coverage and Wi-Fi are available in designated guest areas, though the property maintains its peaceful atmosphere away from city lights.

The accommodation consists of five well-appointed self-catering cottages, each featuring country-style furnishings. The cottages, situated on a terraced layout lined with pin oak trees and overlooking a creek, offer private walled verandas while maintaining easy accessibility for group gatherings. Each cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities including gas hobs, electric ovens, dishwashers, and cozy fireplaces.

The property's centerpiece, Eagle's Eyrie, is a communal entertainment facility capable of hosting up to 20 guests, featuring dormitory-style rooms, a reception hall, bar area, fire pit, and splash pool. It's positioned on an elevated terrace offering panoramic valley views.
