Sabie River Bush Lodge

Sabie River Bush Lodge is an award-winning establishment situated on the Sabie River's banks, offering spectacular views of the Kruger National Park. The accommodation comprises 11 luxury en-suite air-conditioned rooms, 3 self-catering luxury air-conditioned Bush Tents with fully equipped kitchens, 2 Luxury River Frontage Bush Tents with en-suite facilities and air conditioning, and 2 Luxury River Frontage Log Cabins suitable for families of four.

The lodge features a raised pool deck where guests can observe the Big 5 wildlife as they approach the river. Located between Kruger Gate (19 km) and Phabeni Gate (16 km), the property offers guided game drives into Kruger National Park, with experienced guides leading both full-day and morning safari experiences in open vehicles.

The venue can host events for up to 40 guests in a garden marquee and provides specialized wedding packages. The African Boma, complete with a large open fire pit, overlooks both the Kruger National Park and the Sabie River, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the nocturnal atmosphere of the bush.

Visitors can enjoy sundowners on the deck before sampling traditional South African cuisine, including venison prepared by qualified chefs. The lodge regularly welcomes wildlife visitors from the Kruger National Park, including hippos, elephants, and various antelope species, which can be observed from the property's vantage points along the Sabie River.
