Sable Creek Safari Lodge is a luxury Big 5 safari destination situated within the Selati Game Reserve in Limpopo Province, South Africa. Located just 45 minutes from the Kruger National Park and in proximity to the Blyde Canyon River, the lodge is set within 30,000 hectares of pristine wilderness, with the Selati River flowing through the property.
The lodge offers six luxury tented units, including three en-suite tents carefully positioned beneath a Mopani tree canopy, each accommodating up to two guests. The accommodations feature comfortable beds with fresh linens and high-quality amenities, including outdoor showers.
Wildlife enthusiasts can experience morning and afternoon game drives in customized open-sided vehicles, offering opportunities to encounter the Big 5 (lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard, and rhino), as well as rare sable antelope. The reserve is also home to the world's rarest cycad species and boasts significant geological features, including the Murchison Greenstone belt in the northwest, containing some of Earth's oldest rock formations.
