Sadadu is a self-catering house located in Marloth Park, a nature conservation park, situated one hour east of Nelspruit and 15 minutes away from the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate to the Kruger National Park. The house offers two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, as well as a second floor with two single beds, accommodating a total of six people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, an outside braai area, and a 3x3 filtered splash pool.

Sadadu is equipped with rechargeable bulbs that charge when turned on, and a UPS on the router to ensure consistent lighting and internet connectivity. Additionally, it has a gas stove, allowing guests to cook meals even in the absence of electricity. The house serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area or simply relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings. Guests can relax on the patio or at the braai area while observing wildlife such as zebras, wildebeests, kudus, and many other animals that roam freely in the park and often visit the house.

The area is also a birdwatcher's paradise, with over 350 species listed in the park. Guests can enjoy 14 kilometers of walking trails along the Crocodile River, where they may spot the Big 5 animals. Sadadu is located 100 meters away from the fence of the Lion Spruit game reserve, allowing guests to hear the roar of lions at night. Open-vehicle safaris can be booked in Marloth Park for the Kruger Park or to visit the Lion Spruit reserve. Additionally, bird walks are available on Saturday mornings.

Marloth Park offers two shopping centers, a petrol station, four restaurants, and a public swimming pool. Pets are not permitted in the conservancy, which follows the rules of the Kruger National Park. Safari drives can be arranged to the Kruger National Park, Mozambique, and Swaziland. Nearby attractions include a golf course, and safaris can be booked in Marloth Park or at the gate of the Kruger Park. A baby bed/child bed, including sheets, blankets, and a duvet, as well as a high chair, are available for guests traveling with children.
