Saffraan is a romantic stone cottage located on the farm Middelfontein, which is a part of the Kambro Kind guest houses. It is the best-kept secret and jewel among the accommodation options. The cottage features a fireplace and lanterns/oil lamps that enhance its beauty. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a gas geyser. The cottage is considered a hidden and exclusive love nest, designed to take one's breath away. It does not have electricity but is supplied with gas appliances such as a geyser, hob, and fridge to ensure warmth and comfort.

The cottage offers a double bed en-suite and an open-plan bedroom/kitchen area with a fireplace/braai. It is situated on a farm with lovely walking trails, providing an opportunity to enjoy the magnificent Karoo views from the sheltered porch.
