Sage Cottage

Sage Cottage is a cozy holiday home located in the charming coastal town of Kenton-on-Sea, situated approximately 600 meters from the pristine white sands of Middle Beach. The cottage comprises four bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, and two additional bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

The main bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom one has two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Bedroom three contains a double bed, while bedroom four is equipped with two single beds. The two shared bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower, and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer for convenience. The house can be serviced at an additional cost, and DSTV and prepaid Wi-Fi are available. The house is powered by solar energy and has an inverter, though the stove and geyser are not connected to the system.

The living area opens onto a covered patio with a built-in braai. This patio serves as the heart of the holiday home, where guests can linger over a long lunch, spend an afternoon reading, or enjoy a cocktail next to the braai fire after a day at the beach. An additional outside braai area has been recently added.

The indigenous garden creates a private outdoor space and is home to a wide variety of bird species. Safe parking is available in the double garage, and the home is equipped with a security system. Sage Cottage is conveniently located near the town, where visitors can find everything they need for their holiday and more.
