San Lameer Villa 2407

Villa 2407 is a property located on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, a subtropical region known for its wildlife, flora, fauna, and bird species, offering something for the whole family. The villa is part of a 200-hectare nature conservancy that features an 18-hole championship golf course, a hotel with a spa, restaurant, and bar, as well as luxury villas and direct access to two magnificent blue flag beaches.

The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to four guests and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom contains two single beds and has a nearby bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bath-shower combination. Each bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area in the kitchen provides seating space for six people, while the lounge features a comfortable lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with full DStv channels. The unit also has a washing machine and tumble dryer located outside the villa, next to the parking bay. The living area opens up onto a balcony with an outdoor dining table and braai (barbecue) facilities.
