Sandals Guest House is a thatched guesthouse decorated in an Afro-Caribbean style, situated amongst lush indigenous milkwood trees in the picturesque town of St Francis Bay in the Eastern Cape. The idyllic village of St Francis Bay is renowned for its meandering canals and distinctive architectural style featuring white houses with thatch or black tiled roofs, making it one of the most picturesque seaside towns in South Africa.

While the exterior of Sandals Guest House follows the white-washed and thatch-roofed design, the interior exudes a Caribbean resort ambiance with its vibrant colors and tropical influences. The boutique guest house offers 11 spacious and individually decorated bedrooms, each featuring extra-length beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Ten of the luxury rooms have sliding doors that open onto a private balcony or tropical garden, providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing environment.

During the season from August to October, whales can be seen daily in the Bay of St. Francis. The guest house offers a triple room with three single extra-length beds and a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. Additionally, there is a designated family room suitable for two adults and one child or three children sharing. Double occupancy is not permitted in this room.
