Sandals Guest House is situated in the quiet residential area of Umhlanga Rocks, within the Greater Durban area. It is located approximately 200 meters from the beach and one block away from the village, where numerous top-class restaurants and coffee shops can be found.

The guest house features four five-star luxury en-suite rooms, each uniquely and individually styled. Every room has its own elegant character and is tastefully decorated in warm earthy tones alternated with calming white hues. While the styling of each room differs, they are all spacious, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with all the necessary comforts and conveniences one might require. These include king-size extra-length beds, modern en-suite bathrooms with high-quality showers (two rooms have baths as well), tea and coffee facilities, satellite TV, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, telephones, dressing tables with hair dryers, and ample space for personal belongings, with the option to store valuables in a private safe. The rooms are serviced twice daily and provide guests with gowns, luxury towels, face cloths, shampoo, creams, and soaps.
