Sandringham- Apartment One is a modern compact one-bedroom apartment located on the beachfront of Mouille Point in Cape Town. It has beautiful views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill, and is situated opposite the 2010 Soccer World Cup Stadium and near a golf course. The apartment consists of a small kitchenette with a bar fridge, hob, microwave, griller unit, and washing machine. A passage leads to a bright lounge/dining area with stunning views of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has an underground parking bay and includes unlimited WiFi and compact DSTV. The building has communal washer and dryer facilities. Stepping out of the building, one can stroll along the endless promenade and watch stunning sunsets, enjoy the nearby Green Point park, or walk to the V&A Waterfront. No car is needed as amenities are within walking distance or accessible via Uber.

The apartment is situated 1.5 km away from the V&A Waterfront and a few minutes' drive from the center of Cape Town with its vibrant Long Street, trendy Kloof Street, and many museums and galleries.
