Sani Stone Lodge

Sani Stone Lodge is situated on a hillside a few kilometers from the magnificent escarpment edge and famous Sani Pass. The igneous rock buildings of the lodge provide cozy accommodation in the form of backpackers' rooms, regular rooms, and rondavels. It is conveniently located a few kilometers from the main road between Sani Pass and Mokhotlong, at the base of Black Mountain.

The well-known Afriski snow skiing resort is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes away, while Katse Dam is about a 5-hour drive from the lodge. Visitors can enjoy fresh mountain air, stunning night skies, and the rich Basotho culture and history of the area. The lodge offers an opportunity to relax and take in the breathtaking views.

The dorm room at Sani Stone Lodge can accommodate up to 7 people, with 3 bunk beds and a single bed that can be booked individually. It is equipped with a lounge area, a small dining table, 3 benches, a kitchenette, pots, cutlery, crockery, 3 toilets, 2 showers, and 3 basins.
