Santa Estate

Santa Estate is a 2000-hectare area of undulating mountain grasslands, forests, rivers, and dams. It offers three cozy and comfortable cottages, making it an ideal weekend getaway destination for friends and families. Visitors can enjoy activities such as walking, bird watching, mountain biking, and exploring the working cattle farm. Alternatively, they can relax by curling up with a book and a glass of wine next to a wood-burning fireplace.

Each self-catering and serviced cottage features a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Heaters in the bedrooms and electric blankets ensure guests remain warm during the chilly winter nights in Dullstroom. During summer evenings, visitors can enjoy the verandahs and braai facilities.

Santa Estate features a 6km stretch of the Lunsklip River, several mountain streams, weirs, and dams suitable for swimming. Guests can explore the farm on foot or by bike, spread out a blanket for a family picnic, look out for endemic bird species, and admire the unique wildflowers in the area.

Lunsklip Lodge, in particular, is a perfect getaway for families and friends. The Lodge, with its sloping lawn leading to one of the three adjacent dams, offers ample space for running around and enough rooms for guests to find a quiet corner and relax.
