The Sanwild Safari Styled Tent Camp is a remarkable Big Five wildlife sanctuary situated in a pristine 3,000-hectare (7,400-acre) private game reserve in the Limpopo province of South Africa. The camp consists of two Luxury Safari styled tents, each equipped with a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, electricity, and free Wi-Fi. Each tent also features a standing fan, tea/coffee facilities, a bar fridge, and a desk.

The main Lapa area comprises a lounge, dining area, and bar area. It has a fireplace in the lounge area and an outdoor rock pool overlooking a watering hole, complementing the entire camp. Sanwild offers visitors a unique opportunity to visit and participate in a working wildlife sanctuary and conservation projects. Guests are treated as part of an extended family, socializing around the campfire, exchanging stories, and participating in conservation activities.

South African home-cooked meals are served around a large dining table in the comfortably furnished lodge. Accommodation is provided in Luxury Safari Tents with en-suite bathrooms, offering a glamping experience in the African Wilderness. Guests can enjoy lounging on the wooden deck with a swimming pool overlooking the waterhole where various wildlife species come to quench their thirst, including elephants, rhinos, buffalo, leopards, cheetahs, and many other rescued animals with intriguing stories.

The camp arranges sundowners at the lookout point on one of the mountains overlooking Kruger National Park and Mozambique in the far distance, or a bush braai (BBQ) after an evening game drive in the middle of the wilderness under a star-lit sky. Home-cooked breakfasts and dinners, including soft drinks, are included in the stay. Dinners are prepared in typical South African fashion as a social event around the campfire, with traditional dishes cooked on open flames or in cast iron pots.

Guests can participate as much or as little as they want in the activities, which include feeding rescued lions and hyenas, and exploring 150-year-old hand-dug gold mine shafts with a ranger. Sanwild is a different destination for travelers who want to mingle with locals and become involved in conservation efforts. As a registered non-profit organization, all proceeds from the lodge and activities go towards managing the Sanctuary and rescuing wildlife.

The rate includes accommodation for two adults, breakfast and dinner, and a daily game drive to the large predator facility. The luxury tents have Queen-size beds, with the option to add two extra single beds. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, electricity, free Wi-Fi, a bar fridge, and a desk.
