Sav's Place, 22 Glen Drive, Zinkwazi Beach

Sav's Place is a beach cottage located at 22 Glen Drive, Zinkwazi Beach. It offers panoramic sea views spanning 180 degrees and is situated one road back from the beach. There is an access path near the house that leads directly to the main beach entrance, and guests can also drive and park at the main beach. The property features a sparkling blue pool that is shielded from the wind, and it is well-secured, offering a double garage and privacy from the road.

The cottage sleeps eight people, and all linens are provided, but guests are required to bring their own towels and beach towels. The house is fully serviced, includes an active DSTV card and decoder, and has braai facilities with a Weber grill. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The house is a double-story building with a large deck overlooking the ocean.

The cottage has an open-plan living area with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen, all of which open onto the front deck that also has a covered area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. There are four bedrooms: one with a queen bed, another with a queen bed, a third with a double bed, and a fourth with two single beds. The bathrooms include one with a bath, basin, shower, and toilet en-suite, another with a shower, toilet, and basin, and a third with a toilet, bath, and basin. Laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumble dryer are available.

It is important to note that the property does not accommodate groups of adults and caters strictly for "nucleus" family holidays. No functions of any kind are allowed, and pets are not permitted. Additional charges may apply, such as a live-in maid levy of R250 and a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500.

During peak season (December and January), minimum stay requirements apply. For bookings that include Christmas and New Year, the minimum stay is 14 nights. If only Christmas is included, the minimum stay is 10 nights, and the stay cannot end later than December 27th or 28th. If only New Year is included, the minimum stay is 10 nights, and the stay cannot start earlier than December 27th or 28th. Shorter stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5-7 nights) may be considered once the owner has secured their primary bookings.
