The adjacent lounge and dining area lead directly out to a small enclosed pet-friendly garden. There is one bathroom fitted with a shower and bath.

On the mezzanine level, there is a queen-size bed and one single bed. The property offers uncapped Wi-Fi internet access, Netflix, Showmax, and YouTube. Secure off-street parking is available for one car, and small to medium-sized, well-behaved pets are welcome by arrangement.

The owner/management accepts no liability for any municipal issues that may occur during the guest's stay, such as water or electricity shortages or interruptions, internet interruptions, and no refund requests will be entertained. This extends to any impact of adverse weather conditions that may result in flooding, burst water pipes, injury on the premises arising from any cause whatsoever. Clarens is well known for its very cold weather in winter, and the risk of burst pipes, adverse effects of ice, and/or snow is accepted by the guest as part of the terms and conditions.

Check-in to these premises constitutes acceptance of these terms. Additionally, no liability will be accepted for loss or breakage of any personal items by the cleaning service, and it is advised that someone be available at the property during cleaning and that any valuable items be secured by guests.
