The Scarborough Nature Retreat Villa is a charming two-storey home situated in the quaint town of Scarborough, located in the deep and picturesque south of Cape Town. The home accommodates up to six guests and features an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a cozy lounge with an indoor fireplace, an eight-seater dining table, and a wooden deck with furniture, braai facilities, and outstanding views.

The property offers guests laundry amenities and parking on the premises. Scarborough has many great attractions for guests to explore in and around the area, including the wondrous Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, the striking Scarborough beach, and the coastal conservancy of Soetwater. The villa has a minimum stay requirement of five nights, but special quotations can be provided for shorter stays upon request.

The Scarborough Nature Retreat Villa comprises two separate apartments: a master apartment on the first floor and a separate apartment in the basement. The master apartment features a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm or two 90 x 200 cm beds), a second bedroom with a king-size bed (150 x 200 cm), and a third bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm or two 90 x 190 cm beds). The property has two and a half bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two lounge and living areas, and three chimneys.

Additional amenities include an eco-pool (5x2.20 meters, under construction), fiber-optic internet with Wi-Fi, solar water heating, solar energy production, grey water usage, a 3,500-liter rainwater tank, and an alarm system for both areas. Nearby golf courses include Simon's Town Country Club, Clovelly Country Club, Westlake Golf Club, Steenberg Golf Club, and Imhoff Farm.
