The house can accommodate up to nine people, making it an ideal option for larger groups and families. The property is located just off the R56 between the towns of Middelburg and Steynsburg.

The farmhouse features three bedrooms and a spacious living area. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances such as a stove, kettle, microwave, and a fridge-freezer, as well as all necessary cutlery and crockery. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining with the provided indoor and outdoor braai areas, which are supplied with ample firewood. Bedding is provided in the rooms, and towels are available in the bathrooms.

The surrounding area offers wide, open spaces with beautiful views, allowing guests to experience the tranquility of the Karoo. Activities available include birdwatching, mountain biking, and hiking.
