Seagull 314 is a furnished self-catering apartment located within the secure Seagull Holiday Flats complex. The complex is situated on the Margate beachfront, overlooking the Margate Main Beach. It is in close proximity to various shops, restaurants, and the Margate Fishing Pier.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and a shower en-suite with a toilet and a washbasin.

The Seagull Holiday Flats complex offers a large communal infinity pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. There is also a children's play room with a giant chess set. Please note that the pool at Seagull is currently unavailable due to a detected leak, and the repair timeline is uncertain.
