Seagull Holiday Flat

The Seagull Holiday Flat is a spacious one-bedroom flatlet located close to the beach in a quiet suburb of the town of George. The beach is within a short walking distance, where activities such as swimming, sun tanning, and fishing can be enjoyed at leisure.

The flatlet has its own private entrance and can accommodate up to four guests. The bedroom contains a double bed, and the lounge area has a sleeper couch that can accommodate two guests. The modern bathroom features a large therapeutic shower, and there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after visiting the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a microwave, freezer, large refrigerator, stove and oven, as well as all necessary basic crockery and utensils. It also features a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer. The comfortable lounge area includes a TV with a DVD player and the capability to use DStv with a smartcard provided by the guest.

There is a protected braai area with garden furniture and two potjie pots provided. On-site undercover parking is available. The flat is situated within easy access of top-class golf courses, including Pinnacle Point, Oubaai, Fancourt Links, Fancourt Montagu, Fancourt Outeniqua, Pezula, Simola, Le Grande, and Kingswood, among others.
