The four-bedroom property can accommodate up to nine guests, featuring three rooms with queen-size beds and a fourth bedroom equipped with adult-size bunk beds plus a single bed. The main bedroom includes an en-suite shower, while the house also offers a complete family bathroom and an additional guest toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and generous storage space.

The house showcases an open-plan design with tasteful furnishings throughout. The living area includes a lounge and dining room equipped with a 55-inch flat-screen TV with full DSTV package and surround sound. The fully-fitted kitchen comes complete with a dishwasher and two refrigerator-freezer units. The covered veranda features a lounge area overlooking a large deck with a natural salt water chlorinated pool, which includes an optional safety net.

Additional amenities include a built-in braai (barbecue) area with extensive seating, an outdoor shower, and secure parking for three vehicles. The property is fully fenced and pet-friendly, protected by a comprehensive security system including CCTV cameras, beams, and alarm. The house is serviced Monday through Friday, with weekend servicing available by arrangement.
