The beach front house named 'Seagulls Seasong' is located in Beach Road, Struisbaai, and is in close proximity to Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa. It is a five-minute walk away from the harbor in Struisbaai and a ten-minute walk from the main beach in Struisbaai.

The house features four bedrooms: one with a double bed, two with two single/three-quarter beds each, and a rustic outside bedroom with two three-quarter beds, a shower, a toilet, and a hand-basin. It has an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room, as well as a bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is an enclosed barbecue area.
