'Seas The Sun' is a bright and clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage located in Middlevlei Nature Reserve, Fisherhaven, near Hermanus, South Africa. It is situated within a short walking distance of 2 minutes from the lagoon and beach, offering a view from the veranda.

The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is comfortably furnished and well-equipped. It features an open-plan living area with a TV and dining area, as well as a cozy kitchen equipped with an electric stove, a large fridge/freezer, and a microwave. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom can accommodate either two single beds or be converted into a king-size bed. The second bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower.

Outdoor amenities include a built-in braai (barbeque) on the sheltered veranda with a private garden area, where guests can feed friendly garden birds. The property offers uncapped Wi-Fi (2mbps), but guests are advised to bring their own Netflix or similar streaming services, as there is currently no Wi-Fi during load shedding periods. An HDMI cable is provided. The cottage is safe, secure, and clean, with private parking available next to the property.

The estate where the cottage is located provides 24-hour security and controlled access for visitors. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests can enjoy access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts, and a games room within a 2-minute walk from the cottage. A convenience shop on the estate offers daily essentials and pre-cooked meals.

The surrounding area offers a peaceful and romantic atmosphere, with wild horses, amazing birdlife on the water and in the gardens, stunning sunsets, and cozy home comforts. The Arabella Golf Course is located nearby. The cottage is ideal for a family of 4 or two couples, with the option to split the king-size bed into two single beds upon request. A dedicated children's play area with swings, a jungle gym, and a children's pool (in season) is available, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

The 'Seas the Sun' cottage is situated on a unique nature reserve where the Bot River lagoon meets the sea, providing an opportunity to observe amazing birdlife, wild horses, and enjoy endless clean beaches. Guests can relax and feel at home in this spacious and bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage, featuring a cozy kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, a large veranda with a view of the lagoon and sea, and a nice built-in braai (barbeque). All linen and towels are supplied, and guests can enjoy safe swimming in the lagoon or take long walks on the beach.
