'Seaview Cottage' is located near the Umthata River Mouth, approximately five kilometers from the renowned Coffee Bay. The cottage consisted of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom featured a queen-sized bed as well as twin beds. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, and basin. The cottage offered self-catering facilities, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table where guests could enjoy their meals. The lounge led out to a verandah with braai facilities.
