See-Wende Hemel is a double-story house situated one row of houses from the sea, with a greenbelt next to the house and a footpath leading to the sea. The house is located in the Schaap-eiland region, overlooking the rocks and the sea. It has a steep driveway, but a normal car can be used. There is parking available for at least four cars, although the turning area is limited.

The upper level of the house offers 180-degree sea views and, on clear days, some views of Table Mountain. The house is built on a radar station that dates back to World War II, and therefore, part of the house is dated. Towels are provided for all rooms.

The upper level features a double garage, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining room with a built-in braai leading out to a balcony with an eight-seater picnic bench. There is a TV room with full DStv, a fireplace, sea views, another small balcony, a conversation pit, and views of Table Mountain on clear days. Additionally, there is a toilet and stairs leading to the lower level.

The lower level consists of several bedrooms: The main king bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two single beds, an en-suite full bathroom (shower and bath), cupboards, a balcony with sea views, and an electric blanket available in winter. The second double bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom (shower only), no sea views, a shelf, but no cupboard, and an electric blanket available in winter. The third queen bedroom features a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom (shower only), a balcony with sea views, a cupboard, and an electric blanket available in winter. The fourth single beds room has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom (shower only), an office desk, cupboards, but no sea view. This room can only be accessed via a door from the main bedroom or from the outside of the house. The fifth bunk bed area is ideal for children, with bunk beds, a small window with a sea view, no bathroom, a small shelf, and no cupboard. This area is open to the passage on one side and has only a curtain to block it off.

There is an outbuilding with a laundry room containing a dryer and washer. Access to the laundry room should be requested upon arrival, as it is normally locked.
