Seehuis

Seehuis is a house located near the sea, on the beach, away from a hectic lifestyle. It offers views of Table Mountain in the distance, overlooking the beaches of Pearl Bay and Dassen Island off the coast. The house is fully equipped with modern amenities and is designed to be a serene getaway from the stresses of corporate life.

Seehuis is completely off-the-grid, and remains fully functional during power outages or load shedding, thanks to its solar and battery system that ensures uninterrupted electricity supply. The ground floor features a deck area with shutters that can be fully opened for memorable events, complete with a dart board. It also has a pool on the deck with a warm outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, DSTV, Netflix, Apple TV, a guest toilet, and a modern kitchen equipped with appliances such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine and beer fridges, ice machine, Kenwood, chip maker, and a Nespresso machine. Additionally, there is an indoor entertainment area with a fireplace (pipes heating the upstairs main bedroom area) and a braai, as well as garage parking for two vehicles.

The first floor consists of four rooms, two with queen-sized beds, one with a double bed, and one with two three-quarter beds. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms and heated towel rails, sea-viewing balconies, hairdryers, and electric blankets. There is also a family room with DSTV and storage cupboards for luggage. While children are welcome guests, it should be noted that the house is not child-friendly.
