Selati@Sea is a beachfront property that offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in Oslo Beach for groups or families. The House accommodates eight guests, while the Cottage accommodates three guests. The units are cleaned daily, and bedding is provided, but guests must bring their own towels.

The spacious House features four bedrooms with queen-size beds and three bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, and the lounge area has a TV with DStv. The open-plan Cottage is situated on the first floor and includes a double bed, a single bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. A camp bed for a fourth guest is available upon request. The Cottage also has a well-equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a TV and DStv.

The property is fenced and offers a communal pool, as well as a climbing frame for children. An alarm system with laser beams and armed response is in place. Pets are not allowed. Selati@Sea has a path leading to the beach, where guests can enjoy various activities such as swimming in rock pools, fishing, and surfing.
