The Seringa Lodge is located on the outskirts of a town called White River in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. It is situated in a peaceful 10-hectare garden with a magnificent view of the Legogote Mountain, also known as "The Lion Head". The lodge is well-positioned as a home base for exploring various attractions in the surrounding area.

The lodge is renowned for its fine cuisine, prepared by Cecilia Briggs, the owner, who is from Sweden and received professional chef training in America. She has worked in numerous well-known restaurants in the USA, Sweden, and South Africa. In 1999, Cecilia was offered the position of Catering and Camp Manager at one of the most exclusive camps in Botswana. In 2004, Cecilia and her husband, Roger Briggs, opened Seringa Lodge.

The breakfasts and dinners served at the lodge are guaranteed to delight even the most refined palates. Garden-fresh vegetables and fruits are used as much as possible. The meals can be enjoyed in the tastefully decorated dining area, the beautiful garden, or in the traditional African Boma.

Roger Briggs, the experienced resident guide, is available to introduce guests to the treasures of the Lowveld region. Cecilia and Roger Briggs have combined their knowledge and experience to create a stylish and homely lodge, tastefully decorated with colorful African influences. The lounge features teak floors, a high ceiling, a huge fireplace, a separate TV lounge, an honesty bar, and a large covered outdoor seating area, providing ample space for guests to relax after a day of exploration.

Dinner consists of a three-course set menu prepared by a professional chef. Boma dinners, picnic breakfasts, and lunches are also available. Guided tours to the Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route are arranged and depart from the lodge.

Guests use the Seringa Lodge as a home base to explore many of the attractions in the beautiful Lowveld region. The lodge is in close proximity to various scenic routes, including Pilgrim's Rest, Blyde River Canyon, Bourke's Potholes, God's Window, and Sudwala Caves, among others. Fishing, hiking, horse trails, quad-biking, river rafting, shopping, and a casino are all situated within a few kilometers of the lodge.

The lodge is only a half-hour drive from the Kruger National Park, one of Africa's premier game reserves, consisting of almost 20,000 square kilometers, an area larger than Israel. Seringa Lodge offers private guided tours into the park with an open game drive vehicle, as well as bush walks in nearby private game reserves. Roger, a qualified guide with many years of experience, tremendous knowledge, and love for the bush and its animals, ensures an unforgettable experience.
