Serondella Lodge

Serondella Lodge is a luxury boutique safari lodge located in the Greater Kruger Park area. It is a family-oriented establishment that underwent recent renovations. The lodge surrounds one of the most active waterholes in Thornybush, offering world-class wildlife viewing and an immersive, conservation-focused experience led by a team of guides.

The lodge facilities are sprawled along the edge of the waterhole and a dry riverbed. It features a fever-tree garden, a viewing deck with a rim-flow pool, a gym, and a bush spa, each occupying its own space to ensure privacy. The suites at Serondella are appointed with superior quality comforts and items designed to elevate the accommodation experience for guests of all generations.

The lodge showcases a curated collection of intricate and bold artwork by local African artists, supporting their talent during the economic strain of the pandemic. Two private suites are positioned under the trees along the waterhole's edge, offering comfortable lounges, outdoor decks, plunge pools, and privately-positioned bathtubs.

Serondella emphasizes family accommodation with family suites featuring two bedrooms, a shared living area, a private kitchen, an outdoor deck, and a plunge pool. Additionally, a self-contained suite for larger families offers three bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, private garden, veranda, boma, and plunge pool, providing a home-like environment for different generations.

The lodge also features viewing hides that allow bird lovers to observe the game reserve's 507 different bird species and other regular animal visitors. One of the Family Suites at Serondella Game Lodge overlooks the active Serondella waterhole and features two king beds, offering a sublime and contemporary experience.
