Sewefontein Guest Farm

Sewefontein Guest Farm is a working farm located just a short drive from Citrusdal. It provides accommodation for guests in the form of a four-bedroom Homestead and a two-bedroom Cottage. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds of varying sizes, and linens and towels are supplied for both units. The kitchens in each unit are equipped with fridges and ovens, while the lounges feature cozy fireplaces for colder days and nights.

The Homestead's main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the second bathroom has a shower and bathtub. The Cottage, on the other hand, has a shared bathroom with a bathtub and an overhead shower. Both units have patios with scenic views of the surrounding areas and mountains.

As a working farm, guests can engage in various activities such as taking long walks through fynbos or orchards, bird watching, swimming or fishing in the farm dam, or exploring the rock paintings on the premises. A 4x4 route is also available for those interested. Visitors can witness the blooming of veld flowers in September and observe the drying of fruit in December and January.

The Cottage specifically offers two bedrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a double bed and the second room containing two single beds. The shared bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, and linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and an oven, and the comfortable lounge comes with a cozy fireplace. A portable braai is available on the stoep, and wood is supplied.
