Shammah Guest Farm

Shammah Guest Farm is a peaceful farm located in the heart of the Eastern Freestate, situated 60 km from Bethlehem and near Arlington and Lindley. The farm offers self-catering and Bed and Breakfast accommodation, as well as dinner on request, in a lovely country farmhouse, which is ideal for couples and families.

The guesthouse consists of one unit that can accommodate two adults and two children up to twelve years old. It has an open plan kitchen/living room area that offers great comfort and relaxation for a wonderful stay. The main living area features an open-plan living room with a table seating 4 and a comfortable lounge with a TV, DVD player, decoder, and selected DStv channels. It also has a sleeper couch that can sleep 2 children up to 12 years old, and two comfortable chairs.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink, cutlery, and crockery. The farm is equipped with a gas stove in case of load shedding and a gas geyser. It has a constant supply of water available 24/7. The bedroom has 2 single beds that can be changed into a king-size bed upon request. Bedding, towels, an electric blanket for winter, and a fan for summer are provided.

The bathroom consists of a shower, washbasin, and toilet, and is en-suite to the bedroom. The bathroom is shared with the guests sleeping on the couch and the guests staying in the bedroom. A swimming pool, lapa, braai area, playground, garden, pool and darts room, laundry facilities, and garages are available for guests.

The farm offers amazing picnic spots, one on top of a mountain and another at a dam between romantic trees. It provides top-class accommodation, warm friendly service, pet-friendly accommodation, sparkling clean and hygienic stay, hiking, picnic spots, bird watching, mountain climbing, and opportunities to see various animals. The farm features a central location.
