A modern self-catering holiday home, referred to as Sharky, is situated in close proximity to Kleinbaai, an area renowned for its shark viewing and cage diving facilities. The house overlooks the well-known Dyer Island and surrounding areas from its position on the Franskraal coastline. This lavishly furnished home is equipped with state-of-the-art surround sound equipment and a television.
The house features front and rear balconies that offer stunning views of the sea and mountains. Additionally, it is fitted with an alarm system backed by 24-hour armed response for added security. The double-storey home's physical layout consists of a lounge area with a television, DStv decoder, Sony/Boston audio equipment, and a telescope for mountain and sea viewing. There is also a rear balcony, a separate scullery, and a kitchen equipped with modern electrical appliances such as a stove, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and an electrical water purifying system.
The front balcony is accessible from the main bedroom and dining room. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a makeup corner with a vanity unit, a guest toilet, and a dedicated office work station. There are two additional bedrooms with built-in cupboards, another bathroom with a shower and a bath, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a kettle, and a microwave oven. The under-roof 'stoep' can be accessed from one bedroom and the kitchenette. Outdoor amenities include a Weber gas braai and a double garage with automated doors.
