Sherwood's Country House

Sherwood's Country House is an accredited 4 Star country house and was a semi-finalist in the AA Travel Accommodation Awards. It is situated in the truly magnificent mountains and Agatha forests above Tzaneen, making it a perfect stopover for guests travelling to that area. The charming family-owned country house offers ultimate privacy and peace with only six bedrooms, which open onto tranquil gardens. Some of the bedrooms have cosy fireplaces and spectacular views from private verandahs.

Credit cards are accepted at Sherwood's Country House. Guests can enjoy walks on the property and surrounding area, mountain biking, a swimming pool, or birdwatching. The establishment offers a full Continental and English breakfast, light lunches such as sandwiches or cold platters, and four-course set menus for dinner with reservations made by 13h00. There is also a fully licensed bar and car ports at the main parking area. The property is secure with electrified fencing.

Sherwood's Country House has honeymoon deluxe rooms for couples to stay over after their celebration. The deluxe rooms have views of the Agatha Mountains and avocado plantations in Agatha.
