Shiduli Private Game Lodge

Shiduli Private Game Lodge is situated on the fringes of the Karongwe Game Reserve. The lodge exudes grace, elegance, warmth, and hospitality. It features a lush indigenous garden with shaded areas, lounges with internet facilities, a bar, a large sparkling pool, and thatched dining areas adorned with original South African art.

The three main lounges are stylishly decorated with leathers, silks, and stone, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The soft leather chairs reflect the warm colonial style throughout the lodge. Guests can enjoy the outdoor lounge with a view of the watering hole while playing chess or retreat to the comprehensive library in the warm atmosphere of the drawing room. The gentleman's lounge features masculine decor, a large TV at the bar, a dual-facing fireplace, richly woven Persian carpets, and soft leather couches where guests can unwind after an exhilarating game drive.

Delicious breakfasts and lunches featuring fresh Pan African flavors are served in the main building or on the deck. Dinner is a sumptuous candlelit affair in various enchanting settings throughout the lodge. The cuisine at Shiduli, overseen by award-winning Head Chef Minette, celebrates the senses with innovative flavors. Boma dinners under the African sky are often concluded with traditional dancing by the staff as a tribute to guests. The staff at Shiduli is dedicated to ensuring an unsurpassed experience for guests, and upon prior arrangement, they can prepare a romantic dinner for two or a surprise breakfast in the middle of the bush.

Shiduli is home to the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Rhino, and Elephant) as well as a wealth of other creatures. Open vehicle game drives are perfect for game viewing. Children under six are not permitted on game drives. Shiduli Lodge offers ten suites featuring en-suite bathrooms in rich African tones.
