Shik Shack

Shik Shack is a unique bed and breakfast accommodation situated approximately 35 km from Hoedspruit, off the Orpen Road. It serves as an ideal base to experience an African cultural stay while being in close proximity to surrounding attractions such as the Kruger National Park.

The accommodation at Shik Shack consists of various Traditional Huts and Safari Tents, each designed to accommodate two persons. Each hut or tent is furnished with two single beds equipped with comfortable bedding, towels, mosquito nets, fans, storage compartments, and a complimentary bottle of water. Guests have access to a communal bathroom with hot-water showers.

A continental breakfast is served in the main building, which also features a shared kitchen where guests can prepare and cook their own meals. The lodge offers free Wi-Fi access in the public area, a common social area with a lounge, a bar, a fire pit, as well as a swimming pool and braai facilities.
