The one-bedroom cottage is located just a few steps from the beach, offering a tranquil setting for relaxation and connection with nature. It features a lovely veranda with 180-degree ocean views and a private fenced garden that is pet-friendly. The location, Cannon Rocks, is renowned as a kite surfer's paradise.

The cottage consists of one private bedroom and bathroom with a shower. It has a fully functional kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, freezer, and refrigerator. The living room and dining area provide uninterrupted views of the ocean, opening onto a wide covered veranda with seating and a table.

For outdoor enjoyment, the cottage offers a private sheltered braai area with seating, and a Webber braai is available for use on the patio. Grass terraces lead down a short path to the beach, which is famous for its shipwreck and is a kite surfing paradise. The cottage's proximity to the beach allows for romantic strolls along the shoreline and the opportunity to witness stunning sunrises and sunsets from the veranda.

The surrounding area features miles of unspoiled beaches, renowned for kite surfing, fishing, and hiking opportunities. The Indian Ocean is just 50 meters from the house, and seasonal whale passings can be observed. The cottage offers a comfortable and private retreat with easy access to the beach and its various water-based activities.
