Sica's Guest House

Sica's Guest House is an 1886 Victorian farmhouse situated on three acres in the prestigious Berea area of Durban. It is run by the Horn family and offers an affordable and tranquil sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city, while still providing modern conveniences. The guest house features charming colonial architecture, private 'broekie-lac' verandas, and secure surroundings with ample parking. A romantic gazebo overlooks the pool and tennis court.

The guest house has 45 en-suite and air-conditioned double bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and telephone. It also has five conference venues that can accommodate groups ranging from eight to one hundred delegates, all equipped with standard conference equipment. The hosts, Jan, Sica, and Janus Horn, ensure personalized service for every guest. Airport transfers and excursions can be arranged upon request.

There is one family room available, which has a queen-sized bed and two single beds in a side room, along with a full bathroom. This room is located on the ground floor and offers great Wi-Fi reception as it is situated next to a conference room.
